The NGSC Mexico is located in the biggest city in the country. The site is located 15 minutes away from Coyoacan, one of the oldest neighborhoods in Mexico, dating back to the XVI century, which has evolved into a cultural spot that gathers Mexican traditional and gourmet cuisine, arts and crafts, and history.

We are searching for a Marketing Science Manager CAC for CAC; the purpose of this position is to be the direct responsibile on monitoring and understanding markets behaviors and tendencies, identification of actionable insights for marketing and commercial planning, enhancement of our commercial capabilities and relentless pursuit of commercial excellence.

The Marketing Science Manager (MSM) identifies internal needs (franchises / TAs, Finance, BT&G, among other internal areas), develops market research strategies leveraging appropriate investigation methodologies and / or tools to fill those necessities, execute the plan, interprets and communicates insights and recommendations internal customers.

The MSM creates strategic platforms, dashboards, reports, and guidance for decision making in specific projects, future launches and products under commercialization.

He / She is primarily responsible for creating the strategy, tactics and MR investment management of its department.

In this position your main activities will be :

  • To establish Special Projects for Marketing Research to support Franchises on key strategic projects and execution needs, e.
  • g. estimation of institutional / specialty products markets, quantitative and qualitative market research to support product under commercialization and future launches;
  • To work with the IPS Leadership and coordination for the CAC Franchises;
  • To manage the information Management of CPO CAC / IMS & Close Up information / Hyderabad & Cognos support, as information platforms to our franchises, e.
  • g. : Hyderabad / franchises dashboards updates, Vymada, Scapho, SMD Genmed, SMD Ophtha, Brand Reports, Prescriptions, Tx trends, among others;
  • To work with the local ATU studies with physicians, patients and pharmacists among other stakeholders : planning, budgeting, execution and interpretation;
  • To assess cross divisional requirements / needs on Market Intelligence and creation of internal SLAs;
  • To work with the stream - Ensure successful project development and rollout;
  • To coordinate and execute the Primary Market Research;
  • To maximize the investment of our financial resources to achieve the objectives of the CPO CAC;
  • In the case of creating a POP (Patient Oriented Program) the Marketing Program Owner, is responsible for developing, executing and closing the program, ensuring complete documentation, registration and program / suppliers approval to execute each POP in compliance with global and local regulations, establishing the necessary controls to ensure transparency in program execution;
  • To ensure maximum compliance of internal policies / guidelines.
  • The ideal candidate :

  • Must have a Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or similar Bachelor Degree;
  • Desirable to have an MBA Degree;
  • Must have 3 years of experience in a similar role;
  • Must have experience and knowledge with the Healthcare Systems procedures and guidelines;
  • Preferably working before in Pharma companies;
  • Has excellent abilities to communicate, influence, persuade and negotiate with different teams and stakeholders;
  • Has high ethic and integrity skills;
  • Looks always for Operational Excellence;
  • Has the ability to manage changes and looks for Continuous Improvement;
  • Advanced English skills (written, reading and speaking).
