  • Labor Code; Code of Conduct, and any other regulations that are applicable as per the provisions of the Law.

  • Responsabilidades Específicas ( qué hace, cómo lo hace y para qué?) / Main Responsibilities (what will they do, how will they do it, and for what purpose?) :
  • Answers and re-direct e-mails and phone calls
  • Transfers data from paper formats into computer files or database systems
  • Assists in the preparation of reports and data analysis tools
  • Verifies data by comparing it to source documents
  • Updates existing information
  • Retrieves data from databases or electronic files as requested
  • Performs regular backups to ensure data preservation
  • Sorts and organizes paperwork
  • Assists in coordination of staff activities
  • Prepares agendas and minutes
  • May act as an administrative liaison with internal and / or external sources
  • Organizes work schedules
  • Maintains and updates contact lists
  • Generates and distributes memos, letters, forms or any other required documentation
  • Orders office supplies
  • Submit and reconcile expense reports
  • Develops and maintains an accurate filing system
  • Provides general support to internal and external clients
  • Provides information and technical support related to the area
  • Monitors and ensures authorized access, taking measure to guarantee the investigation of suspicious activities, unauthorized access, and any other unexpected situations
  • Reports any incompliance or suspicious activities
  • Recommends improvements
  • Performs any other tasks or duties related to the area and the position.
  • III. Educación y Experiencia / Skill and Educational Requirements :

  • Educación (Escolaridad que requiere) / Education : (Level of schooling required)
  • Technical degree in administration or other related fields.
  • Conocimiento Técnico / Technical Knowledge :

  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Habilidades / Skills :

    Reporting Skills, Verbal and Written Communication Skills, Microsoft Office Skills, Managing Processes, Organization, Analyzing Information, Professionalism, Problem Solving, Great attention to detail, High Level of Ethics, Ability to prioritize and plan effectively.

    Experiencia / Experience :

  • 2 to 3 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant (Required)
  • 2 to 3 years of experience working in access control or control rooms (Desired)
  • Idioma / Language : Bilingue / Bilingual
