In this role, you have the opportunity to
Support HR by performing administrative HR support tasks, administrative services related to HR data processing and act as an
expert regarding all aspects of data processing
You are responsible for
Process changes HR related data.
Approve, reject, re-submit or escalate transactions based on policies and guidelines
Perform regular checks on changes in systems; monitor and identify points of departure and execute necessary corrections
Respond to external / internal requests for information
File HR-related documentation; maintain HR files and records
Manage and record document flow
Actively identifies improvements according to LEAN ways of working and participates in LEAN process improvement activities
Assesses and analyses the desirability / necessity of improvements and simplifications in HR related processes and procedures and initiates a change request.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Bachelor's degree in administrative areas or HR related areas
3-5 years of experience in administrative related areas
Full domain of Microsoft office tool. Excel advanced is highly desirable
Communication skills, results oriented, highly analytical skills, LEAN Capability, process oriented.
Bilingual (English - Spanish)
