The Inside Sales Supervisor will be responsible for the day to day management of a team of Inside Sales Reps, in selling Dell’s products, services and solutions to specified customer segments (primarily via telephone, web, or e-mail).
Manages the hiring, staffing and maintaining of a diverse and effective workforce.
Responsible for career development / planning, performance and pay discussions of team members.
Influences and participates in the quota setting process at the team / individual level.
Coordinates (where appropriate) operations and manages the relationship between inside and field sales personnel.
Understands the market in which the company operates, including our business / industry, our competitors and uses that knowledge to plan for the future.
Drives superior customer experience by delivering technology solutions tailored to customer needs while ensuring the removal of barriers and driving strategic alignment in the group.
Work with Marketing to track Performance Analysis and Management
Tracking performance of marketing metrics daily / weekly
Identify root cause of the performance and take action with cross functional teams
5+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
2+ years managerial / leadership experience.
Strong ability to set priorities and keep team focused on the important tasks.
Drives training and development plans for organization.
Motivates and drives performance.
Builds strong relationships within and external to Dell.
Good understanding of Mexico customer / industry climate.
