Develop long-term relationships with corporate accounts and overseeing sales specifically for Panama City but also, with areas in Latin America.
Identify and grow opportunities and strive to meet and exceed key sales performance indicators and prepare reports on accounts status.
Use your personal and product knowledge of destinations and furnished apartments to deliver a business relocation experience that surpasses the guest expectations.
Accompany the guest through the full booking cycle via phone and email contact.
Serve as the contact between property owners and guest and review leases terms when needed.
Act as the ambassador for our high quality and tailored guest experience.
Ensure the smoothest and friendliest service, responding to all queries or needs guests may have during their stay.
Oversee the day to day operations of units in Panama City.
Coordinate guest service activities and resolve any problems that may arise during the guests’ stay.
Assign duties to maintenance and housekeeping freelancers, and undertake the scheduling of shifts.
Purchase supplies and arrange for outside services, such as deliveries and maintenance.
Meet with clients, ensure proper check-in and check-out’s, follow up on their stay and
Ensure they are 100% satisfied with the accommodations and service.
Handle inquiries pertaining to CS policies and services, and resolve occupants' complaints.
Coordinate the set up and furnishing of new apartments.
