This position will work under the direction of the Executive Director for Panama HR Service Delivery, to track, drive and optimize OneSource Panama HR initiatives, service delivery and projects including the preparation for and follow-

up with stakeholder engagement activities..


Manage the Americas Service Center consolidation and transition project plan and the interdependencies with process, service delivery and technology workstreams highlighting and managing risk areas, ensuring that timelines and deliverables are met and key decisions are made

Assist Directors with management of overall projects as needed.

Manage FTE, business case financials and ramp up plan for the OneSource Americas HR team.

Maintain job descriptions, org charts and align with ramp up plan and business case requirements.

Prepare bi-weekly and / or monthly reports and operating reviews to the VP of Global HR Service Delivery and other leadership updates as necessary.

Prepare for various project and customer engagement meetings and document action plans / next steps.

Where necessary, act as Project Manager for specific improvement projects, managing cadence of meetings, tracking deliveries against timeline, managing risk and mitigating issues.

Build strong working relationships across the team including local and global team members, business partners and stakeholders.


MBA or equivalent working experience

5 years of relevant project management experience

5 years of relevant process improvement experience

Experience in HR, HR Operations & Service Delivery deployments

Experience in Management of staff and proven leadership abilities

Must demonstrate strong strategic thinking, learning agility and ability to move from strategic to granular analysis and approach as business needs require.

Proven ability to lead initiatives through implementation and project life-cycle.

Ability to influence and persuade leaders across the organization and drive deliverables and timelines.

Strong communication skills; ability to synthesize complex data to effectively communication recommendations to different set of target audiences

Financial analysis skills, including strong excel and presentation abilities

Proven track record prioritizing activities while demonstrating agility and speed in order to change course when required and to lead other to follow suit.

Travel : Yes, 5 % of the Time
