Your Responsibilities :

This role gives YOU the opportunity to Lead key activities to progress on YOUR career, the main of these are :

Responsible for the supervision of ICSS teams in CARICAM, and support the ICSS Lead CARICAM in the change of current processes to a standard and the stabilization of the migration of some activities into the LFS.

Responsible for accounting records, quarterly provisions,review bank reconciling, support purchase order requesters in accounting issues, monitor the delivery of expense reports, review and standardization of physical files (Record Retention Policy), documentation of procedures, support implementation of L1 and L2 controls, manage legal books, coordinate local PWC audit requirements, support front end monitoring, monitoring P2P market Issues, support the implementation of specific proyects (PO complicance, urgent payments), support fixed assets physical count.

R2R :

  • Execute Forecasting activities for the ICSS area.
  • Execute Budgeting and Trend Analysis activities and deep dive on Opex variances from the ICSS area.
  • Submit Journal entries form the ICSS area.
  • Perform Accrual analysis and submissions.
  • Coordinate and follow-up on duties related to Fixed Assets.
  • Coordinate and follow-up on duties related Intercompany.
  • Supporting processes related to Financial Statements.
  • Coordinate and follow-up on Bank Reconciliations.
  • Support Internal and External Auditing processes.
  • Review duties related to Payroll processes.
  • P2P :

  • Coordinate Accounts Payable process.
  • Ensure that all Invoices received by the ICSS analysts follow GSK Policies and Procedures.
  • Leading & Promoting initiatives for processes standardization in the accounts payable process.
  • Assure timely supplier payments
  • Coordinate month-end P2P accruals.
  • Ensure T&E expenses reports fully comply with Global GSK Expenses Policy.
  • Guarantee that ICSS provides and delivers high quality customer service.
  • Key player with both Share Service Center and Local Market on auctioning improvements and resolving Issues when needed.
  • Taxes :

  • Coordinate and manage and give follow-up on administrative duties with local & governmental institutions (CGRP, DGI, Banks, etc.).
  • Risk and Compliance :

  • Ensure all processes under the ICSS scope are performed according to GSK Policies and Procedures.
  • Ability to Identify Risks, Issues and GAPs, so that they could be mitigated and / or escalated on time to the respective owner.
  • Basic qualifications :

    We are looking for professionals with these characteristics to achieve our goals :

    Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting.

    From 3 to 5 years of experience in similar positions.

    Advance English knowledge.

    Advanced MS tools knowledge (Excel, Word, PPT).

    SAP ERP experience (Optional).
