  • Rapidly-growing publishing house seeks full-time, highly motivated, and high-energy Events Coordinator Assistant to assist with conference organization.

    Responsibilities

  • Answering phone calls
  • Customer service emails
  • Assist team in conference preparation (non-exhaustive list) :
  • oTravel arrangements

    oCommunication with hotels and speakers

    oAttendee assistance

  • Help with on-site logistics during events
  • Post-conference reporting
  • Conference-supply management
  • Coworking with marketing team on audio kits post-conference
  • Requirements
