To support the current processes and projects of C&B department in Latin America. Assure the compensation and benefits programs are consistently administered in compliance with company policies and government regulations.
Key Accountabilities :
Support the administration of existing C&B policies, guidelines and procedures.
Recommend plans revision or creation that are cost effective and consistent with compensation trends and corporate objectives
Partner with HR team order to support the HR priorities delivery and to ensure the C&B projects implementation across the perimeter.
Provides advice to managers and HR staff on C&B decisions, policy and guidelines interpretation.
Propose the design of creative solutions to specific compensation-related programs.
Guarantee the participation in salary surveys to ensure compensation competitiveness.
Coordinate and execute the compensation programs and projects according to corporate guidelines.
Comply with federal, state and local compensation laws and regulations.
Work with HRIS and IT staff to ensure the HR system meets compensation needs and accuracy on C&B related data.
Main Requirements : Education :
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, human resources or related field.
Experience & knowledge :
Around 4 years of progressively responsible experience in compensation.
Knowledge of government regulations as they apply to compensation base and incentive compensation programs, company policies and operations.
