So we need exceptional people to find that talent. The Talent Acquisition (TA) team within Human Resources is responsible for promoting a positive image of Dell and recruiting new people to our global team.

We take into account complex factors to build talent acquisition strategies that achieve business objectives while ensuring a high-

quality experience for candidates and business partners. Alongside forecasting hiring needs, undertaking interviews and conferring job offers, we advise business leaders on the talent strategy and deliver all TA metrics.

Planning / Strategy

  • Attend fall / spring BU planning events and assist with kick off calls
  • Partner with PM’s to plan treks, callbacks / sell Dell days (create day itinerary, catering, logistics)
  • Partner with PM’s to develop campus strategies
  • Research events, clubs and career fairs etc.
  • Partner with BU and PM on job postings / descriptions
  • Manage logistics for BU volunteers in CareerBuilder App
  • Campus Activities

  • Serve as liaison for NC3 for everything related to campus activities
  • Provide NC3 list of campus events, preferred dates, number of rooms, catering and equipment needed
  • Ensure all events are scheduled and executed per Dell specifications
  • Track campus deadlines and drive activities with PM’s to ensure deadlines are met
  • Gather logistics provided by NC3 and edit prior to sharing with PM’s and campus participants
  • Intern Activities

  • Support Intern Program Manager with planning, logistics and event preparation
  • Attend intern events (new hire orientation, social events)
  • Assist with end of summer activities (intern feedback)
  • Assist with candidate and hiring leader communications
  • Interviews

  • Main POC for career services
  • Work with NC3 to select best event dates
  • Manage resume bundles with PM & hiring leaders
  • Partner with PM’s to ensure pre-selects are provided by deadline and sent by to NC3
  • Manage campus and one off interview requests as needed
  • Manage candidate travel logistics and communications
  • Partner with Alamo Travel for candidate travel
  • Project Management Duties

  • Assist PM’s with kick off calls, debriefs etc.
  • Assist in creating presentation decks for BU meetings
  • Work on process improvement projects
  • Attend campus events
  • Process candidate reimbursements
