  • Expertise in multiple social media platforms, as candidate will be in charge of all communities (FB, TW, IG, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YT, G+, etc.).
  • Strong writing and editorial skills (English) with utmost attention to detail.
  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video).
  • Familiarity with online marketing strategies and marketing channels.
  • Ability to gasp future trends in digital technologies and act proactively.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Multitasking and analytical skills.
  • College degree in Marketing, new media or relevant field.

  • Responsibilities :

  • Strategize, build, and nurture fast-growing social communities.
  • Manage over 20 accounts.
  • Research audience preferences and discover current trends.
  • Create engaging text, image, and video content.
  • Design posts to sustain readers’ curiosity and create buzz around new products.
  • Create ongoing acquisition programs across social channels that lead to growth of channel engagement.
  • Advocate and make recommendations around social marketing programs, messaging, and campaigns.
  • Map out social strategy and then drive that strategy proving results through testing and metrics.
  • Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy.
  • Identify threats and opportunities in user-generated content surrounding the business.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure any cross-promotional efforts are on-brand, strategic, and managed properly.
  • Manage the Facebook Messenger Bot and build the audience list.
  • Facilitate online conversations with customers and respond to queries.
  • Report on online reviews and feedback from customers and fans.
  • Develop an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic and customer engagement metrics.
  • Oversee social media accounts’ layout.
  • Suggest new ways to attract prospective customers, like promotions and competitions.
