Your Challenge :
As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, your challenge will be to leverage your creativity, business acumen, research savvy, persistence and enthusiasm to provide proactive candidate data and information for hard to fill job openings critical to Philips success.
You will take ownership of building a network of the best talent with in-demand skills and experience for roles that Philips expects to have hiring needs for healthcare technology roles.
Your Responsibilities :
You will be responsible for developing current and accurate data on high quality active prospects from the external market place for Healthcare.
You will focus on a portfolio of defined companies, for the roles that Philips has consistent, repetitive hiring needs for our hiring manager.
You will be responsible for direct recruiting. You will have a heavy emphasis on networks, social media sites and other creative channels to connect with talent.
To excel in this role you will treat Prospective Candidates and Hiring Managers equally as your clients, pressing for insight, feedback and constantly asking how you can better help them achieve their goals.
