  • customer, multi-channel and multi-currency environment with different taxations and regulations.

  • It is comprised by 3 business units : Caribbean, Central America & Free Trade Zones & Border.
  • Reserve CCA represents 13% of total CCA Business. Central America is a growth market which now represents 9% and is expected to double the business by F20.
  • Purpose of role :

    The Customer Marketing organization in CCA comprises of Shopper Marketing, Shopper Planning, Category Development and Commercial Planning and Activation, to deliver :

  • World-class shopper understanding and insights
  • Compelling category strategies
  • Support for outstanding customer collaboration
  • Value creating Category development
  • Effective shopper marketing to support Winning at the moment of choice.
  • Customer-focused planning, activation and execution.
  • Business performance management : KPI’s definition and tracking.
  • Top 3-5 Accountabilities :

  • Supports CMO Manager in planning and executing the commercial / activity calendar ensuring we have effective promotions and a winning mix of brand & category activity to drive business performance within customers / channel and that all deliverables are OTIF.
  • Supports CMO Manager on leading a transformational change focused on delivering flawless planning and execution through an effective cycle planning & briefing process.
  • Support on building commercial propositions for TLA / RLA accounts and tracks channel in-store execution compliance of cycle activity plans and promotional plans (Brands and category plans) against well-
  • defined Execution Scorecard metrics (distribution, visibility, share of shelf, Scale )

  • Leads the S&OP Reserve Activity Review ensuring all commercial managers and KAs are making a correct forecast.
  • Tracks A&P and trade spend highlighting its evolution to HoR and is responsible for preparing activities Pre and Post M&E
  • Lead the local Brand Ambassador and Reserve staff (advisors) having clear KPI’s aligned with Distributor sales team while maintaining them engaged and motivated.
  • Qualifications and Experience Required :

  • Bachelor’s Degree required in Business or related field.
  • English and Spanish required.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in sales and / or customer marketing / trade marketing areas with specific experience of distributor based businesses.
  • Understanding about how the total sales organization operates and how to drive its effectiveness.
  • Understand and has passion in the luxury world, main point of references in the market and global trends.
  • Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively internally and externally with good influential and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work around and within a variety of different market conditions and demographic factors.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
